Online Master of Global Leadership and Management Program

The Master of Global Leadership and Management program (MGLM) will develop leaders with a global perspective, cross-cultural business skills and social responsibility. It is committed to teaching major competences in leadership, ethics and complex business skills which are critical for gaining sustainable competitive advantage in a global business environment. Students in the program will analyze the impact of globalization on domestic businesses and consider successful practices of meeting the challenges of global business leadership and management. The program is designed for business people who are challenged with growing worldwide competition and the necessity to deal effectively with the international business issues.
